Card Crazy

I definately didn't lie. I am the world's worst blogger. I have gone card crazy, thanks Diane!! Unfortunately I like to do things in an assembly line order so most of the cards I'm working on aren't finished yet. Here's a couple of cards that I have gotten finished.

Stamp Club

I recently signed up for a stamp club at my lss. We met for the first time in June to make some awesome cards (love your ideas Diane)! Diane also got me thinking about some animal cards I could make, now I just need to remember to send cards to friends!!

More projects

I've been working on many projects this summer, and had most of them finished for a couple weeks. Yes, I'm a horrible blogger; I can never remember to post. Here is a paper storage box that I recently finished (thanks Joe and Diane) and several table tidies that I'm going to use in my classroom.

New Projects

I've been working on a few altered projects this month. Here are two that I have finished. I'm hoping to have a few more added soon. I'm loving the beyond the pages projects from Kaiser Crafts, Thanks Diane!!!

The project at the top is the Kaiser Craft all purpose box. I used their Playtime line of patterned paper to complete this project. I'm lovin' all of these project because they are so easy.

This project is a memo board. I used the Airy Fairy line of papers, but instead of cutting out one of their fairies on the patterned paper I used my Cricut to cut out a Tinkerbell. You can't tell it by this picture, but I used two green rhinestones for Tinkerbells hair bob.

Lovin' my Cricuts

As we near the end of the school year I have to do my count down. Since I have a reputation to uphold (miss creatively crafty) I can't just write a number on the board. I go all out and create a count down using my cricut. This year paper dolls and life's a beach were the winning cartridges for this project. I would eventually like to have a card for each day of the year so that my students can count the days of the year.

Finally Finished!

I bought these three kits probably about a year ago. It's taken me this long to get them finished. Granted I think it was well worth the wait; they turned out so cute!!! Thanks Diane!

New Door

I finally remembered to put more pictures on my computer. Here is April's door decoration.

Busy, Busy, Bee

Wow have I been busy lately, and negligent on keeping up my blog. Here is my April door decoration. I'll have to take another picture for May, but basically it's the same design. For Mother's Day I had my students make picture frames. They turned out so cute, but I doubt they will show up real clear. I've been working on some other projects that I hope to post here soon. Hope everyone is enjoying the spring. Myself, I'm ready for the rain to stop!!!

more doors

I've been trying to keep up with the months for my door. I didn't do as much with February as I would have liked, but I have to be careful about not identifying my students. (I teach special education). I think for the March door I will have them write about a time they were lucky or their lucky number.

Bags

Kristal and I are preparing for the Lion's Club Antique and Craft Expo in April. I've been working on 5 Fold N' Go Green Bags. I think they are so cute. I've decided to take a little break so that I can maybe get some scrapbooking done as well as my Bible study which I've neglected over the past week and a half.

Busy Few Weeks

Kristal and I have been busy making our bags for the Antique and Craft show coming up in a couple of months so actually completing page challenges has been, well a challenge. I'm pretty sure these pages are from challenges from several weeks ago, but I loved them. The single page in green and pink is from the 52 sketches...52 pages (week 5 I believe). The other two pages are from Okieladybug blog. Like I said I'm so far behind.

New challenge

I've decided to participate in the weekly challenges at 52weeks52pages.com. This is my first week's challenge. For this layout I used the large scallop paper from Bazzill, Botanical line from Fancy Pants, the strip and journal blocks are from the Botanical line from Fancy Pants also. The title was cut out using the Calligraphy cartridge from Cricut.

Weather Pics

Like all good scrappers (especially those of us without children to scrapbook) I had to get out and take pictures of the landscape covered in all the glistening white. These pictures were taken from my front porch and back deck. It was beautiful until cabin fever set in. Granted I have some great pictures to scrap. Maybe we'll have more snow this week and I can get more pictures of the pups playing in the stuff.

Love My Cricuts

I love my Cricuts. As a teacher I've started doing seasonal door decorations using images from one of the many cartridges. I started doing this because one of my students innocently asked me when I was going to put a Christmas tree on my door. At the time I didn't have the Expressions so I decided to improvise and cut out a lot of small trees to make a large tree. Here are a couple of the decorations I've done to date.
